The (CRO) introduced mandatory online filing for 18 x forms from the 1st March 2022

Background


The Companies Registration Office (CRO) has introduced mandatory online filing for 18 forms effective from 1st March 2022.

The CRO forms listed below become mandatory online filings only.

Please see SI No 676/2021 - Companies Act 2014 (Section 897) Order 2021 for details of the complete provisions.

All other filings which are not listed below continue to be submitted via post until the next phase of online forms are introduced.


Any forms, which are mandatory online filings, received on or after 1 March 2022 will be returned for re-submission online.

Please make yourself familiar with CORE to avoid unnecessary delays.
